Free Blended Marital Arts Class

Age 10 through adult (7-9 years welcome with a participating adult)
Kick-start your physical health and safety with an aerobic workout while learning martial arts, practical self-defense, throwing and proper falling. This class is based on the fundamentals of a variety of martial arts with a focus on Taekwondo. Providing the blended approach, students are taught traditional martial arts including strikes, kicks, blocks, ground techniques pressure points and a strong focus of self-defense. Students may earn progressive belt status if desired. As students progress, practical skills in weapons are also taught and practiced. Learn from instructors who are certified in Taekwondo, self-defense, and additional Martial Arts disciplines. Registration is required, but NO fee.
