Bartlett Nature Center is your destination for interactive learning stations, live animal exhibits, environmental education programs, archery instruction, scout outings, school partnerships, birthday celebrations, special events and youth camps.

Bartlett Nature Center is located at 2054 W. Stearns Road and is open to the public. (Donations are always welcome). 847-608-3120.
Hours of operation: Monday–Friday 9am–4pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. *Rentals and special requests welcome outside of posted times.
Closed: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Trails: Four miles of scenic, crushed limestone trails are open one hour after dawn to one hour after dusk for hiking, biking, skiing, or snowshoeing.
