Bring your kite and help us celebrate Unplug Illinois. Unplug Illinois is a public service campaign designed to encourage people to get out, unplug, play and engage one another through their local park and recreation agencies. Fly on your own or participate in a kite-flying contest. The categories may include the biggest kite, smallest kite, highest-flying kite, most unusual kite, and others.
