Bring your kite and help us celebrate Unplug Illinois. Fly on your own or participate in a kite flying contest. The categories may include the biggest kite, smallest kite, highest flying kite, most unusual kite, and others. Register onsite for the contest. Information on the Illinois Park District Youth License Plate will be available on site.
