Tai Chi graceful form of exercise that involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing.
Jazzercise combines dance-based cardio with strength and stretching to sculpt and tone.
Stroller Strides is a fitness program designed for moms w/ child. Total body workout includes walking/jogging, strength, toning, songs, and activities while child is in stroller.
Body Back is an 8 week results based workout offers high intensity, interval formats. Moms must be at least 6 months post-natal (this is moms only class).
KidsFit is a fun, low pressure class designed to help build basic muscle strength and endurance in ages 8-15. Class helps build self-esteem, confidence, and physical fitness and respect.
ACE Prep Course
This course provides aspiring ACE Certified Personal Trainers with the best tools and support they need to be successful throughout their study experience and into their careers. You’ll get personal guidance from an industry leader that will quiz you and provide you with hands on practice to prepare you for the ACE Certification Exam and that first client.
