Jazzercise
Jazzercise Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping, body-blasting fitness program that gets you results fast. It’s a high intensity dance party that fuses cardio, strength, Pilates, hip hop, yoga and kickboxing. Burn up to 800 calories in a 60 minute class. All fitness and experience levels welcome.

Fit4Mom
Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program is designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute total body workout incorporates cardio, strength training, toning, songs and activities. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), Stroller Strides is a great workout for any level exerciser. There is no age limit for kids, as long as your child will sit in the stroller for the duration of the class then they are the right age.
Stroller Barre® is a cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, & mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out. This class will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
Body Boost® is a high-intensity interval (HIIT) workout class that will challenge and energize you. Women at every stage of motherhood will get a safe and effective 60-minute total body cardio, strength & core workout plus concluding meditation. So give yourself a boost, whether you’re 4 months or 20 years postnatal.
