The Oak Room Banquet Facility at Bartlett Community Center is the perfect location for your special event! Civil Union, Commitment Ceremony, Elopement, Interfaith Ceremony, Non-Religious Ceremony, Religious Ceremony, Same Sex Ceremony, Second Wedding , Vow Renewal Ceremony. The Oak Room offers a variety of rental package options to suit your needs. The room can accommodate groups of up to 160 people, or it can be divided into smaller sections for more intimate events of up to 90 people. If you are renting the entire Oak Room, a stage is available for the purpose of a band, DJ or speakers. A warming kitchen is also available for outside catering. Bar packages are available for an additional cost. The Oak Room accepts reservations requests 18 months in advance.
