Cancellation and Refund Policy (for Oak Room Rental ONLY):
Bartlett Park District working days are hereby defined as Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Refunds will be given for cancellations if the following notice is given to the Park District. 30 or more working days prior to rental Loss of Security Deposit. 29 working days or less prior to rental Refund minus 50% of Rental Fee & Loss of Security Deposit.
Rescheduling Policy (For Oak Room Rental ONLY)
Bartlett Park District working days are hereby defined as Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Rescheduling an already-booked event on an alternate dare is permitted based on the following terms:
|60-30 Days or more prior to rental*||Events can be booked on an alternative date within one year of the original event but a $100 service fee will apply|
|30 Days or less prior to rental*||Events can be booked on an alternative date within one year of the original event but a $200 service fee will apply|
|*If the Renter does not reschedule the event within one year of the original event date, all fees paid will no longer be refundable|
