Bartlett Park District’s Oak Room is the perfect place for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, corporate functions, Half-Sarees, funeral/memorial luncheon, birthday parties, Quinceaneras, religious/spiritual functions, and more. The Oak Room offers many unique options to compliment your event.
Event Space
The Oak Room offers a variety of rental package options to suit your needs. The room can accommodate groups of up to 160 people, or it can be divided into smaller sections for more intimate events of up to 90 people. Bar packages are available for an additional cost. The Oak room accepts reservations requests 18 months in advance.
