The Bartlett Parks Foundation hosts several special fundraising events throughout the year including the Wine and Beer Tasting, 4th of July Turbo Turtle Race, and Twilight Golf Outing. Proceeds from the Foundation fundraisers go toward the Inclusive Playground, Bartlett Park District’s Resident Financial Aid Scholarship Fund, educational programs for the Bartlett Nature Center, artwork for the community to enjoy, and other charitable activities.
Turbo Turtle Race: July 4 at 4pm
Turbo Turtle Race Tickets are available beginning in May of each year at the Bartlett Community Center or from a Foundation Trustee. Tickets are also available at the Fourth of July Festival and at the Bartlett Aquatic Center 30 minutes prior to the race on July 4th. Each ticket is $10 or purchase a turbo pack of 11 turtles for $100. Proceeds go to the Free To Be Me Inclusive Playground. For more information call 630-540-4824.
