The Bartlett Parks Foundation continues to raise funding for the inclusive playground in Bartlett Park. They thank all the businesses, organizations, and individuals that have contributed to date toward this project. Since 2002 the foundation has donated to the Bartlett Park District Financial Aid Scholarship program, purchased a variety of art pieces displayed in the Community Center, installed bronze statues in a variety of Bartlett parks and facilities, supported events like Earth Day, and partnered with the Park District to provide family fun events.
The Free To Be Me Inclusive Playground was opened late summer 2020 in Bartlett Park. There are additional features (ADA restrooms) that are being funded. The Foundation welcomes individuals and businesses to become involved. By donating to this wonderful project you will create fun that will be accessible to everyone. Donations can be directed to the Bartlett Parks Foundation, 696 W. Stearns Road, Bartlett, IL 60103. The Bartlett Parks Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization.
