Whether you prefer a view of a green golf course or snow covered ski slopes, gorgeous chandeliers, rustic ceilings, or a warm fireplace we can make your vision come to life. Four separate rooms can accommodate small intimate gatherings of 30 guests, to large extravagant Weddings up to 250 guests. How much does a ceremony cost, and what is included?
Ceremony fee $1,000. Fee includes: ceremony space, wooden pergola, unity table, white garden chairs, and an additional 30 minutes
Will I get a food tasting for my wedding?
Tastings are complimentary with all-inclusive packages after booking, we provide two complimentary entrees.
Can I bring in my own DJ and or Photographer?
Yes, we will provide you a list of our preferred vendors however you may use whomever you like!
Can I bring in my own caterer?
We are not able to permit the use of an outside caterer.
How many Banquet Rooms do you have and what are their capacities?
We have 4 different Banquet Rooms varying in capacity from 20 guests-300 guests.
How early can I have access to the room for my Wedding?
There is a guaranteed access time of 2 hours in advance.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Yes, you can bring in your own decorations as long as nothing is affixed to the ceilings, walls, floors etc. We will set up the majority of your decorations for you!
Do you have centerpieces in house?
We do have two types of centerpieces that you can use for your event.
Can we bring in our own linens?
Linens have to be rented through Villa Olivia.
Will I get a cake tasting for my wedding?
There is a complimentary cake tasting with all-inclusive packages after booking.
Can we have a live band at our event?
DJ’s and Live Bands are both welcome!
Does the Chef accommodate vegetarians and food allergies?
Our chef does prepare vegetarian meals, vegan meals, gluten free meals etc with proper notice.
Can we have a photo booth at our event?
Yes you may.
Is there discounted pricing for Friday and Sunday?
There is a 10% discount on the entrée prices on Friday and Sunday.
All agreements and contracts between Villa Olivia Customers and Merchants/Vendors are done independently of the Bartlett Park District and are entered into at the Customers and Merchants/Vendors own risk. The Bartlett Park District accepts no responsibility for problems, issues, or disputes that develop between the Customer and the Merchant/Vendor.
