Become a Lifeguard
Become a LifeguardLifeguards are responsible for performing a variety of duties to prepare and maintain the pool and the surrounding area for the demands of the group present. General duties include protecting the public against accident, proper rescue and first aid if an accident should take place and acting as a public relations representative. The Bartlett Park District offers FREE StarGuard ELITE New Lifeguard Classes to those interested in becoming a lifeguard for the Park District.
Become a Swim Instructor
The Swim Instructor is responsible for the safety and instruction of students in swimming at the appropriate level. Swim Instructors will conduct lessons in Splash Central.
