- All memberships start at age 14 or upon successful completion of our “Teens in Training” for those 12-13 years of age.
- Members under 18 will require a parent/guardian signature, proof of age (driver’s permit or birth certificate).
- New Members under 18 must complete an orientation prior to their first workout.
- Second Person must be 14 years of age or older and live in the same household.
- Each Additional Person must be 14 years of age or older; live in the same household and may only have 2 adults 26 years of age and older as part of the membership.
- Payment plans are perpetual until 30 day cancellation is submitted; 12 month minimum required
- Regular fees are for members who do not live or work in Bartlett Park District boundaries.
