Restore Illinois Phase 5 Guidelines are in effect
With the Restore Illinois Phase 5 Guidelines we are happy to welcome you back to a safe and controlled environment. The safety of our staff and members is our number one priority so we appreciate your understanding of the necessary modifications and your willingness to observe them. This plan is temporary and is subject to change once we gain a better understanding of the daily usage patterns.
LIFECENTER hours of operation are:
o Monday-Friday from 5:30am-9pm
o Saturday from 7am-3:30pm
o Sunday from 8am-3pm
• If you have been vaccinated face masks are not required.
• If you are not vaccinated face masks are required to enter, while inside and exiting the Bartlett Community Center, at LIFECENTER during your work out and in group fitness classes.
• Monitor your health before coming to the facility. Do not come to work out if you are ill and/or have COVID-19 symptoms (other than existing allergies)
